Cloud Transformation at the University of the West of England

Following a robust procurement process using G-Cloud, the University of the West England (Bristol) have recently chosen CoreAzure to deliver a Cloud Transformation Programme, to migrate the on-premise estate to Microsoft Azure. This is a key enabler towards achieving UWE's Strategy 2030 ambition that “Our business led, technology enabled processes will be seamless and secure for our students, staff and external partners, centred on cloud-based systems”.

CoreAzure had previously worked closely with the University to develop the business case which was primarily focused on infrastructure modernisation, service improvement and sustainability.
